Ok: so as you probly know by now there is a construction trades people shortage. It concerns me a great deal. So I have started looking into starting an annual scholarship for a deserving Hopkins High School senior to attend a local trade school. After some investigation, I may start a Go Fund Me Page. I’d like to be able to raise $1000 if possible. My question is this:
